The Mission: Life team at the American Heart Association is excited to announce a new more interactive and efficient way to collect data, receive quality improvement consultative services and apply for EMS recognition!

A unique application link will provide access to an open-ended application where data can be submitted on a regular basis - quarterly, bi-annual or yearly. All information and data entered is automatically saved within the application when the browser is closed, and the application can be re-accessed as needed to enter more data, make corrections, etc.

For 2019 recognition all measure data is to be reported by quarter within the application. After entering data for each measure for the quarter, the measure adherence percentages for the quarter will become viewable.  All data entered into the application will be exported on a quarterly basis for review by local AHA staff. This new process allows the local AHA Quality and Systems Improvement staff to work more directly with EMS agencies all throughout the year and offer patient-centered quality improvement consultation and systems of care expertise.
