Let's Recognize You.

The Mission: Lifeline team at the American Heart Association is excited to continue recognizing EMS agencies for applying the most up-to-date evidence-based treatment guidelines to improve care and outcomes in the communities served.
A unique application link will provide access to an open-ended application that provides an interactive and efficient way to collect data, receive quality improvement consultative services and apply for EMS recognition. EMS agencies will now be able to enter data for previous quarters prior to the end of the calendar year and track performance adherence to required Mission: Lifeline EMS recognition measures. All information and data entered is automatically saved within the application when the browser is closed, and the application can be re-accessed as needed prior to final submission.
